Bay View Resort

Bayview Resort on Little St. Germain Lake in St. Germain, WI, offers charming lakefront cottages for rent in a family-friendly setting. All cabins provide direct access to the lake and come equipped with amenities such as charcoal grills. For water enthusiasts, boat rentals are available, and the resort boasts new piers installed in 2021. With over 400 feet of sandy waterfront featuring a level approach to the water, guests can enjoy sand-bottom swimming in an area groomed weekly. Complimentary row boats, paddle boats, kayaks, and stand-up paddle boards are available for guest use, and each cabin includes 2 adult life vests and 2 child’s vests. While a 14 ft. aluminum row boat is provided with each cottage rental, guests are welcome to bring their own boats. The resort features four docks, each designated for a specific cottage, with a reserved area for safe swimming and a swim raft. Additionally, private lakeside campfire pits, charcoal grills, picnic tables, and outdoor chairs enhance the outdoor experience. A level play area with Rainbow Systems playground equipment adds to the family-friendly atmosphere. Other facilities include a screened fish cleaning house with lights and running water. The resort is conveniently located near the St. Germain paved, off-road bicycle trail, and WiFi is included. Guests are advised that TV viewing from the cabins requires a streaming app, ensuring a delightful and connected retreat for the whole family.

Loons Landing Resort

Loon’s Landing Resort is a great fishing resort located only 2 miles from St. Germain Wisconsin and only 10 miles from Eagle River and Minocqua Wisconsin. Here you can have a true “Northwoods Experience” while still being close to the amenities of a town. Hear the mournful cry of the loons, watch a deer play in the water, see the eagles soaring overhead… all from the comfort of your cottage or cabin. Loon’s Landing Resort is also a excellent destination for fishing vacations. Pickerel Lake provides great pan fishing and even trophy fish for the wall. All species of game and pan fish are found in the lake and adjoining river.

Each cottage has gas heat, showers, fully equipped kitchens, microwaves, comfortable beds, color TV and a 14′ aluminum boat. Motors are available for rental. For recreation, we have horseshoes, volleyball, badminton, and playground equipment for younger children. We supply all linens except bath and dish towels. Baby cribs and high chairs are available. Loon’s Landing’s Fish Cleaning House has running water and a freezer to hold your catch until you check out.

Pickerel Lake is a 735 acre spring fed lake with a hard sand bottom providing excellent fishing and swimming. Over half the shoreline consists of undeveloped woodlands which create a peaceful fishing lake. This is home to an abundance of wildlife, like loons, eagles, osprey, blue heron and deer.
